CIAS will be at the Wisconsin Science Festival on Thursday, Sept. 26 with our Exploration Station: Cows Turn Grass Into Milk. Come on out and see if you can guess which of our cheese samples comes from grassfed cows. Play with a miniature grazing dairy farm, make a Fun Grazing Facts Fortune Teller, and learn how grass-based dairy farms are managed.
