The Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems (CIAS) is hosting a one-day forum for farmers, processors, restaurants, and vendors to come together and discuss the state of pork in our region. We will hear from panelists who will share their expertise and experiences, and we will leave plenty of time to discuss what we need from each other and from consumers to establish a regional identity and grow demand for local pork. Lunch, coffee, and snacks will be provided.
