CIAS will host an Exploration Station at UW-Madison Science Expeditions from 10am-2pm on Saturday, April 1: Cows Turn Grass Into Milk. Stop by our station at the Discovery Building to take a quiz comparing grassfed and conventional cheese and butter (including cheese tasting), take part in a hands-on activity designing managed grazing systems on our miniature farm, and make a Fun Grazing Facts Fortune Teller.
