CIAS was part of the 12th annual Food for Thought Festival on September 25th. Organized by REAP Food Group and held just off of Madison’s Capitol Square, this year’s festival focused on farm to school. Renegade Lunch Lady Anne Cooper gave the keynote presentation. CIAS staff members Doug Wubben and Sara Tedeschi were on hand to talk about farm to school projects at CIAS. Learn more about those projects here.
