Location: FH King Student Farm, Eagle Heights

Posted April 2018

The FH King Spring Garden Fest, Growing Season Kickoff is their biggest event of the season, and this year it’s a Mifflin-alternative party in the garden.

Come to the garden from 3-5pm for a garden workday! Stay afterwards from 5pm to 8pm for the kickoff festival featuring a stellar band and a fabulous potluck feast, garden olympics, and more!

LIVE MUSIC featuring Mission – A Tribute to Jerry Garcia Band! A five piece group from Madison paying respect to the late and great Jerry Garcia. Expect smooth melodies with hints of reggae, folk, and psychedelic rock to get you out of your chair and on the dance floor!

Please bring your own plate, mug, and silverware to eat. Also, everyone is highly encouraged to bring a dish to share! FH King will supply delicious rice and quinoa bowls!

Never been to the FH King garden at Eagle Heights? Take the 80 bus to Eagle Heights at Lot E, or bike! Check out their website for instructions on getting to the garden.
