Henry will discuss his use of cover crops, compost, rotations, tillage, and purchased inputs. Henry’s farm features beef cattle in rotation with 10 acres of vegetables. University faculty and staff will be on hand to discuss the results of a survey of organic growers and their fertility management and to answer questions.
