Dick and Kim Cates Receive Leopold Conservation Award

Congratulations to CIAS staff member Dick Cates and his wife, Kim, on receiving the 2013 Wisconsin Leopold Conservation Award. This award honors Wisconsin landowner achievement in voluntary stewardship and management of natural resources.
