This workshop will be held at Michael Fields Agricultural Institute in East Troy, Wisconsin. Discover the wonder of these red jeweled beauties. Currant jelly is not only pretty and surprisingly delicious, but can also be incorporated into other jams and jellies, sauces, dressings, and marinades.
