The Center for Integrated Agricultural Systems has been working on farm to school since 2002. Our current efforts include farm to school toolkits for producers and school nutrition directors, Harvest Medley vegetable blends for school food services, the Great Lakes Region Farm to School Network and farm to school outreach, training and technical assistance.
